Hi, I would really like to appreciate & thank Dr.Rehab Nainar & Ms.Dhatchayani for the dedication, help & support which they had extended towards the medical support for my family. They had been regular in touch with me to know the health condition of my family, as they were registered under Telemedicine. Dr.Rehab had extended her full support and guided me in this crisis situation. Ms.Dhatchayani had been regular and very prompt in her connects with me during the quarantine period. Thanks to both of them and the Chettinad family for being there with us during the crisis period, when we actually need help.

I was tested positive for covid 19 on 17/10/2020.. I was in home quarantine for past 14 days.. Staff nurse Mrs.Datchiyani and Administrator Vetriselvi made sure that i was feeling feel.. they enquired regulary by phone calls asking whether i was feeling well and took my vitals at correct timing with punctuality through phone call!!… Also i got phone call from Doctors once in 3 days asking whether i was feeling well and whether i was having any symptoms and discomfort..the staff nurse and Administrator were really polite and kind and spoke really well and cleared all my queries regarding the treatments and further covid tests.. thanks u for the service and care provided by the Chettinad hospital!! |

I am Sharmila from Kelambakkam have been affected from covid – 19 from 31st August to 14 September, I want you to know that my journey to recovery would have been incomplete without hearing your voice everyday, both you and staff nurse Dhachayani gave me hope through these tough times. I got myself tested in your hospital on 18th June for covid, as I was getting fever for 3 days and loss of smell. On 19th, I got the result as positive. It was me and mom only at home so I got her tested as well through a lab for home collection of sample and she was also tested positive(Asymptomatic).I took home quarantine kit for both, from your hospital and I had very good experience with the services and follow up provided by Mrs Dakshayani and the nurse & staff who came for the visits, check up and repeat samples collection. The repeat test was done after the 14 days quarantine period and the result was negative for both of us. We really thank your hospital doctor, nurse and staff, who took good care of us through the phone, visit and the doctor who spoke to me in video call. They were ready to help and clarify all the doubts we had. Thank you all once again for the good service and follow-up. Vamsi Bollineni |
