• Donations: Donations, by their very nature, are non-refundable.
• Grants: Refund for grants will be governed by the specific agreement governing the grant.
• Programme related fee: It is governed by the specific programmes and mentioned in their handbook.
• Events: Refund policy for each chargeable event is mentioned on the event webpages and posters
